Allowing Yourself Some Alone Time
During this time, it is important to ensure that you have some alone time. Ask a friend or family member to care for your children for several hours, so you can focus on self-care. You don’t have to do anything. Just be quiet, be still, breathe deeply. Let go of your stress by allowing yourself to be calm and indulge in a few hours of self-care.
